Keys in the hat

You would think that freaky things wouldn't happen on a military base but you would be wrong. The same thing happens on the base as they do off the base you just have to look for it, but it's there. Prostitution, adultery, on occasion fraternizes, womanizing, all there, right there. The higher ups would like you to believe that this doesn't happen but it do. Even in their ranks, a lot in their ranks.

They love games; one of the games is called keys in the hat. I first got aware of this game by a friend. We were out drinking one night and he suggested that we go over to this party which was on base in the housing area. We got to the party walked in and I noticed there were quite a few couples there. Matter of fact my friend and I were the only single guys there. We had us a few drinks and after about 45 minutes a couple of the married guys started a game. The game consisted of all the men would put their keys in a hat and whoever keys you'll pull out that's whose house you would stay at that night, in Essen whose wife you’d sleep with.. I looked at my friend and he looks up at the ceiling, I had a feeling he had been this way before. So I thought I’d just play along so my friend and I tossed in our garage keys. After the guys started going through the keys they felt that something wasn't right because the keys just didn't add up. A couple of the married guys ended up with nobody, that wasn't right. That's when they noticed us and asked us where our wines were? We informed them that our wives were on the way. That didn't go over too well and they told us to get the hell out of there. Outside my friend told me, it almost worked, almost. And then he said. Well, it worked last time!
